Consumer Reports wanted to clearly communicate a multichannel strategy to internal and external stakeholders.

To concisely communicate their strategy, VisualMax created an animated presentation with voiceover to take the viewer through an average family's shopping experience illustrating the multichannel touch points involved in the process and the resulting benefits to the consumer.
